1999 Vauxhall Astra Manual 90000 miles

hi, my car is turning over but wont start. it'll start with a bump but not from cold. its had new plugs,leads, hr vale, full throttle body, timing sensor, crank shaft pulley, cylinder head and a cold start sensor and it still has the same problem. please can you help.
