Van stalled a few times in a row. Each time it restarted then stalled shortly after. At the time I was low on fuel with the van on steep incline facing downhill. I thought was maybe fuel problem and on 3rd start managed to get it down to flat area. It started again and I managed to go about 30ft up a decent incline. If I remember correctly that a this time van refused to turn over, may have had a further stall first and not positive if was something I did that caused this (not turning over). It then started and ran fine, revved it up a bit in case and then drove off. I drove a few miles to closest gas station and put in some gas and drove home (about 40 min drive) without any issues.
3 days later started van, it stalled quickly and now refuses to do anything.
There has been a ABS and Brake light on for a long time but that was checked before and mechanic said it was a communication error that would only prevent ABS from acting. They weren't sure the cause, whether a module or wire issue with it. This has been on for a long, long time with no issue other than ABS does not function.
So now I have a new battery since thought that was the issue. I have checked all fuses, switched around relays to try and find faults there, they all appear to function when placed in for items I can readily check (eg start relay same as blower relay and fuel pump relay same as horn.) I have by jumpering 30 to 87 on starter and fuel pump to get reaction; starter turned over and noise from pump which does not happen with key turn.
Turning key on gives usual lights, dinging and such. All interior and exterior items work fine. I hear a whirring sound around glove compartment with key on. Turning key to start has relays clicking, accessories, lights and such turn off and on as normal when key turned to start position. Occasionally I hear what I presume is passenger air bag doing some test inflation and release.
As to indicator lights, ABS/Brake lights turn on as soon as key on, other lights come on and off as normal other than Circular red one that is listed as security which comes on and stays on. After a bit of time air bag light comes back on and stays on and check engine light comes on and stays on. I have tried different times to get a code come up on dash but this option does not seem to be there as other years of Caravan. At this point I have no way of bringing up a code yet.
I have also left key in and on with charger attached and door locks and key fob buttons to stop possible security issue to no obvious effect.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Reset security system, if no manual look online and scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it.

EDIT:
Engine light now comes on and stays on with key.
Whirring/Humming sound coming from around passenger side firewall stops when, hazards activated or headlamps turned on and changes in levels when flashers activated. This made me think about fact that occasionally when I've activated the right signal the left activates intermittently with right as if hazard. When it happens I think I need to replace the signal switch. Touching signal switch or turning affects this when it does occur.
In checking which lights come on when key turned on I noticed the oil light didn't do anything. I don't remember it turning on with key and it had flashed a couple times when oil got a bit low once between oil changes.
Also though it shows all gears it doesn't show a position indication.
When arming alarm, security comes on steady rather than flashing than book describes but for similar time as stated.

I've tried different methods of resetting security, would you know how for this model?
Tried disconnect battery, using key fob, key in door, key in ignition and on with charger on battery.

I thnk Chrysler products are to lock drivers door then unlock with key to reset security issue but with what you are explaining now you need a loca pro to scan with his scanner to see what he gets.
