Turning signal blinking fast. Changed bulb one day prior for rear brake light and now neither work. But when I changed the brake light it still did not work. Could it be the relay? Help

It may be the incorrect bulb or it is in wrong. Also, does front signal work?
Check to make sure socket Is in good and has a good ground.

Check to see that there is a double filament in bulb. Also, if a cheap bulb made in China will do that.
