I’ve been thinking about lifting my truck but I’m having a hard time finding a lift kit that’s compatible, it’s an 8 lug NBS style. I don’t know if there are any differences between the 99 and 01 and was wondering if anybody knows if a 2001 lift kit would work on my 1999. Thanks.

I don't know of any company that makes a lift for that particular truck. That is because of the odd "options" it has as an HD version. As such it's not something that is really popular so a kit would be hard to find because it just isn't a popular truck to lift. You might get a shop to build you a custom lift but unless they are a known shop that could be inviting trouble. Maybe contact Bulletproof or Maxtrac and see if either of them knows of a kit or mixed parts that would work.

On the title it doesn’t say it’s an HD, but I’ll see about contacting them. Thanks for the help.

8 lug makes it an HD the 1500 and "normal" 2500 use 6 lug. The 1500, 2500 HD versions have 8 lug with the 3500 having 8 lugs as well.
That is why they are interesting when buying parts as they are not really common.
