I had no turn signals so, I would have to use my 4 ways then they would work. When I have to use them again I would have to do the same thing again. I replaced the combination flasher and now the truck wont start, the right front head works but the rear tail light dose not. The left head light dose not work but the left tail light works. The truck wont start, I use to hear my fuel pump but, not now. I HAVE REPLACED fuses checked grounds and I can't get a wiring diagram I can't check my ECM cause my scanner wont connect please help

Have you checked both fuse boxes? If so make sure that everthing is plugged in at the steering column and/or dash.

I checked all of that and still the same thing. Could the JB be bad if so, is there a test for it? Or just go to the junk yard and get one? Please let me know what else u find.

It sounds like you possibly have a faulty pcm. Jb is possible though.I think your best bet for a problem this complex would be to tow it to a shop and pay for a diagnosis. It would be cheaper than guessing at parts. And for this kind of testing there are several specialty tools and equipment required.
