My truck is misfiring in the #6 cyl. I replaced the plug, and it still misses. I then spapped the coils around to see if it was a bad coil. It is still missing from cyl # 6. I also checked the wire and grounded it and I did see a spark. The vehicle has been very well maintained. I just cranked it at work, and it started doing it. I didnt hear any noises when it started, it just started. What else could this be? What are the chances of a clogged injector over a burnt valve?

Check the compression and injector for no.6 cylinder

Engine misfiring can be caused by worn or fouled spark plugs, a weak spark (weak coil, bad spark plug wire), loss of compression, vacuum leaks, anything that causes an unusually lean fuel mixture (lean misfire), an EGR valve that is stuck open, dirty fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, or even bad fuel.
