Hello dear car Pros,

I've been searching around in your web page for
a very important subject , which is bolts , and haven't found anything about it , anyway i have a 15+ years old car so god damn rusty every time i remove a bolt it breaks ! or often when i buy parts they don't give me new bolt and its allways a huge mess to try to find new bolts. So here is my point , is there something like a Haynes or Chilton manual or an internet pagel who would tell me exactly the specifications of which bolt i have so i can make a list of all the bolts of my car and go to a bolts store or the internet to buy lots lots and lots of copies of them and live as the hapiest man ever.

Regards, Mathew

yes , go to your local parts place, autozone etc. and take a look at the haynes manual for your vehicle. as you flip through the pages you will see that they constantly give you the bolt sizes for each part and repair

I allready had both Chilton and Haynes repair manual for the 94 tercel and read them all over and they doesn't tell anything about the bolts exept of course the torq. that's why i said ¨somethink like a chilton or...¨ im looking for something way more specific. anyway thanks for trying.

Yeah , searched all-over internet , i really don't understand how come no one as ever had this problem. I can't go to my local hardware store with a plastic bag full of all rusted/stripped/drilled car bolts and ask them for new one and lots of copies and do this for my 4 winter-beaters it would be insane...
