My 2005 tacoma is making a vibrating noise starts at 60mph and it goes away at 70mph it pulsates as it gets louder at 65mph when the vibration starts my stiring wheel shakes as well. I know it needs an alignment. Can that be the problem??

Before you perform the alignment, please check the condition of your ball joints, tie rod ends, sway bar links, steering stabilizer, and wheel balancing. If any of these parts feels loose or broken, you will feel the symptom you just described. Fix the problem, and then get your alignment done.
