My daughter is having starter problems with her 1996 Toyota pickup truck. She has replaced the starter and the battery and had a diagnostic that just showed that she needed a tuneup. The truck will crank several times without starting but then occassionally it does start. When it does start, she has to leave it running continually for fear it will not start up again to get her home from wherever she had to go. She is wondering if it could be a loose wire. Do you have any knowledge of this situation? Many thanks.
