Transmission problem
1995 Toyota Tacoma 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual

I can shift into any gear without depress the clutch. The vehicle does not move it actual as it is in neutral
Is this a clutch or transmission problem?

If clutch disc was trashed or center broken out yes. Does shifter feel like it is engageing syncro detents? Shifts in normal pattern?

Either clutch fault or input shaft gear damage

Could it be the slave cylinder

No then it would grind the only way it can shift without grinding is if NO movement of input shaft
