I have had an intermitten problem with the fan cutting off and on. Now it seems to be much more off than on though. Even when the fan wont run, you can hear the compressor engage when the switch is pushed in. All fuses have been checked and are ok. Also, the fan wont operate in the heat mode either. I have tried "working" the fan switch and blowing out the switch to no avail. Also, the module the switch is mounted on seems impossible to pull out of the compartment without taking the whole dash apart.

Use some jumper wires to apply battery power directly to the fan to see if it's the problem.

If the fan works, then we'll have to start doing to tests with a multimeter and a test light.
