1996 Toyota T-100 Number 2 injector

Hello,

The problem is number 2 fuel injector is alway on. The rest of the injector on cylinder number 1, 3, 4, 5, 6. Blink. I used a noid light to
check the injector connector.

Had the ecm sent to Automotive Computer Supply in houston, Texas and they said they fixed it but still has the same problem.

Any ideas on whats the problem?
