1982 Toyota Starlet 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

It seems that gasoline does not get to the two front cylinders. Could it be sticking intake valves?

The 1982 Toyota Starlet has a carburetor. All 4 spark plugs fire. Thanks

Is this a carbuerated or an EFI system? If its an injection system check the injectors on that cylinders-let me know

Could be the intake valves not opening or a problem with the camshaft lobes on those intake valves being worned out-and also a lifter problem
