Engine Performance problem
2001 Toyota Rav4 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic
My RAV4 idle rough when the AC is on and I come to a stop. If the AC IS off its works fine. I change the spark plugs, clean the intake and throtle body and change the tempreyure switch. The vehicle was scan with different scanners and no fault codes were found. Could anyone assist me.

check the idle air control valve.
