I took my van to an auto shop to get the left side bushing replace. I already bought the part for them to put it in. Later on, I went to pick up my van. They said they couldn't fix it, and the new bushing is already in the van. They wouldn't put all the parts back together, and said the van needs to be tow back to my place. My question is can they charge me for labor cost for which they didn't do the job they said they were going to do? They are going to put all the parts that had been taken out into a box and charge me to towing. The van was drivable and now it's not, cause they didn't put back all the parts they took out and charge me to for their labor.
