Having difficulty getting my Tacoma to start. Truck just died on road one night. We replaced the Fuel Pump got it started, but ran sluggish and then had hard time starting. It ran for approximately 3 weeks then died again. Read with hand held computer with a 0101 code indicating MAF problem. Have replaced in addition to Fuel Pump, the Fuel Filter, Catalytic Converter (which blew), Plugs, Wires, Cap and Rotor. Also replaced head/valve cover gasket due to small leakage. Then Toyota dealer suspected a wiring problem, but then changed prognosis to MAF Sensor. We replaced MAF Sensor and truck started twice with no problems and ran for approximately 30 minutes twice in one day. Truck sat over night and then has not started since, which was 4 days ago. Could we suspect that it might be the Ignition Control Module, or do you suggest something else. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Truck has a little over 154,000 miles.

Have the EFI relay and Circuit Opening relay check-and check for power at the red/white pin1a on the ECM.
