92 toyota pickup 2.4 idles extremely rough unless holding the mass air open a quarter to half inch then will rev up and can let mass air go but when let back to idle extremely rough and eventually dies. no check engine light and tried swaping mass air made run perfect for 3 minutes then problem returned. also cant find any vaccum leaks. any suggestions please?
