1991 Toyota Pickup no spark or gas to motor

I remover the air chamber on my truck toreplace the valve cover gaskets and then put everything back the way it was but now engine wont start, theres no spark and no gas getting to the motor

Check all the fuses if okay double check the airflow meter and distributor connection

I fixed it I guess one little wire came apart at the cold start above the air filter and if that does work it wont give the engine the go ahead to give gas and spark
