1988 Toyota Pickup Clutch Cable

The clutch was working fine. Stopped and shut it off to pick up a load of wood and got back in, no clutch. We were able to shift it once we got it rolling fast enuff but when we push the pedal in it still will die with the clutch depressed. I am assuming its the clutch cable at this point, though I have been on my back in the snow all day trying to locate the clutch cable to see if its the problem and I cant seem to locate it.

I don't think it has a cable-its hydraulic operated-try checking the clutch master cylinder for low fluid-replenish it and go find the slave at the transmission bell housing and bleed the slave/servo. Like the way you bleed the brakes.
