I was driving my 1988 Toyota Pickup down the road. Without any signs, it just stopped running as I was driving. I called the tow truck. We looked at it and found fuel in the oil. What would the problem be and how can I, if I can, fix the problem?

Hi there,

If your talking about a petrol engine, the fuel pump diaphragm has failed and fuel is leaking past the diaphragm into the sump. Fit a new fuel pump, change the oil & filter and all should be well.
