Engine Performance problem
1987 Toyota Pickup 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual 180k miles

I use my Toyota 4X4 pickup for hunting/fishing trips but I now need a new engine. Since I've already had major engine work done in the past I'm looking at replacement engines. I am also interested in alternative fuels such as CNG or biofuels. Is it possible to get such an engine to replace my worn out engine? Please share any thoughts? What options do I have for replacing this engine? Thank you!
