My truck runs good when I first start it up. But as I drive and the engine warms up it starts missing really bad. Where should I start?

As the engine warms the valve stems grows holding the vavle open, Remove the valve cover and check the valve lash and then get back to me. You are looking for a tight valve with little to no lash(clearance).
