Did you tried to install the pump with out that screw?

Is there another screw near that you can use to put pressure on the pump?

How deep the screw broke?

Hard to reach?

Install the pump with some silicone sealer (red high temperature) you are short of options.

I used to extract the broken screws, welding a piece of metal on it and turn in and out until it break loose. But in your case the space its small and hard to reach also the easy-ot broken and the drilled block. Make it even harder. Think abou it. Should be something.
Good luck!
