Erratic idle when brake is pressed

My 1991 Toyota 4x4 (22RE 4 Cylinder) idles fine and runs great. Except when I turn on the AC. Once I do this it idles erratcally when I press on the brake. I let off the brake and it idles normal. This only occurs if I turn on the AC. Once I turn on the AC this starts. I have changed the spark plugs distributor cap, did a value adjustment, change the PCV valve and replace all the belts and changed out the thermostat. From here I am lost. Please help!

Check the brake booster and vacuum hose/check valve-also an idle up solenoid that increases rpm when an additional load such as the A/C
