Recently had problem which was corrected by garage,
but was informed that although plugs had been replaced the engine was not firing on all cylinders and probable a problem with the cylinders and would have to remove head to repair do you think there could be some other problem,
Please bear in mind I am residing in Thailand and there may be something lost in translation

Hi there,

Have the valve clearances checked & adjusted if required, then do a compression test to see if all cylinder compressions are ok, if not you may have a burnt valve causing your problem, start here.
