Starts but wont stay running
1986 toyota mr2 1.6l fuel injection 140,000
starts when the key is turned to start and runs if you hold it, but if you let off it dies. fuel? relay? ignition switch?

Replace the ignition switch. The reason it stays running is the input feed to the switch powering the igniton circuit while at start position when you let go the key-there's no power feeding the ignition circuit.
