Transmission problem
2002 Toyota Highlander 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic
I have a 2002 toyota highlander with about 93K miles on it. Suddenly when I shifted into Reverse it would not move. I tried to put into Neutral and to push it and it seemed like all the wheels are locked. There was no warning signs no noise from transmission. My friend and I tried to push and the only thing was that the car rocked but wheels were not budged. My shift lever could move to all other gears fine. If shifted into Drive then the car moved forward. Could this be a transmission problem or just something that locked the wheels even though it was shifted into Neutral? Could it be ABS system that locked the wheels?
thanks for your answer
