2008 Toyota FJ-40 BATTERY

Electrical problem
2008 Toyota FJ-40 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 1700 miles

as you can see I don't drive this vehicle much--my question is last time I got my oil changed they told me my battery indicator was blue- I said black and they said blue -I then said if its black that can't be good and they said it is blue- does it need charging and can that be accomplished by driving an extended period of time--it starts and cranks fast!!!

Hi there,

Get the battery load tested, this is the only true way of testing the condition of a battery, it will first have to be fully charged then tested, the test takes all of about 10 seconds.
