2000 Toyota Echo car has no pep and fades on inclines

Hi I already changed the plugs changed 2 ignition coils, had my transmission filter changed and drained, but performance and gas milage is down, could it be a clogged fuel filter, and where is the fuel filter located

Fuel filter is not replaceable unless you want to take the fuel pump out. Try cleaning the MAF (Mass Air Flow) with some CRC MAF cleaner. Make sure you clean the MAF sensor part. Not the Intake Sensor part.
