TOYOTA 95 COROLLA NOT STARTING

MY CAR WILL NOT START IT HAS POWER JUST WON'T TURN OVER?


Do you mean it turns over and w/n start or when key is turn nothing happens.

Yes it turns over and will not start but after a few tries it will start usually but yesterday after it started i was at a light and it died i just started it back up and it was fine the battery seems fine and it only happens in the morning when it's a lil wet outside or when the car sits over night after i go to work i've never had a problem starting it in the afternoon ???

When was the last major tune-up done
