why are the spark plugs full of engine oil?

Hi there,
Common fault this, the tube that the spark plug fits in, is screwed into the head and oil can leak past the thread and into the tuibe, remove rocker cover and use big nuts on tube (lock two togeather carefully un screw tube, clean and re seal, re fit and dont over tighten.
