have power because I get the dinging sound when I insert the key and the dome light works. Its coming On because its getting power directly from the main link.

The 100amp its the alternator fuse link-test both side of the link for power, dont have power both side its no good.

When the main link goes is just like the battery has been disconnected Nothing at all -no dinging-no dome light nada.

So if I change that fuse will my problem be solved you think?

You need to test it, either you look for power with a test light or voltmeter at both side of the fuse- You have a main fusible link and 3 subs.
