Thank You for reading my question. I have a 2000 Toyota Corolla 4cyl. with 106K mi. and I was driving down the road and I lost power and it coasted to a stop. I tried to restart and no good. It tries but does not turn over. I have all power on the dash and no trouble lights came up on the dash first and no noises or indication prior that there was a problem. Can you help before I spend a heap at a mechanic?

Could be the fuel pump,Ignitor/Coil, or Timing belt
and circuit opening relay/EFI relay and EFI fuse.

i am not a mechainic but your problem sounds familiar. if there is no check engine light on the dash when you try to start the car i would strongly suggest it is the main efi relay. hope this helps
