Corolla driving up the hill doesnt take load

Hello,

I have trouble driving my car(Corolla, 90K year 2000) either up the hill or accelerating it in general. It accelerate very slow(makes a sound too) while being up the hill. It just aint taking load. I faced this problem and got it fixed by doing this a month back:
New plugs
New PCV
New Air Filter
Also got the Airflow Sensor fixed.

Still, after a few days, I am receiving the same problem.

Can anybody throw some light on what could be wrong and what should I get fixed. Will a 90K service take care of my problem.

U can ask any think were here to help
If u have not done a fuel filter change u should weather they cover it or not
