'96 corolla 4 cylinder noises

every time i start the car i get a screaching sound. i think it might b one of the belts. i hear another similar sound when i turn the wheel all the way to park the car. anyone know what i need and how much it would cost to fix at a shop?

Sounds like a belt noise. To replace th ebelt (serpentine) and clean the pulleys should be around 100.00
