Noise from timing belt

2005 Toyota Corolla 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 41000 miles

im getting noise from my timing belt. its not cracked or worn or anything could it needed changed or is it something else

It dosen't use a belt but a chain. They can be a little noisy.
You can remove the camshaft cover and inspect it if you want. Inspect the teeth on the sprocket for wear and the chain it self for wear.
Since it is a chain, it is sealed and uses engine oil for lubrication.
