When I turn my steering wheel completly to the left ,I hear a rubbing noise on myright side tire. Not sure where it is coming from. I was thinking ball joint? Your suggestions?

Raise car, put on stands. Grasp tire with both hands and push/pull both horizontally and vertically, looking for any movement. If movement then have assistant repeat process while you look at ball joints, bushings, control arm, tie rod ends.

Then turn wheels to full left to see if something has come loose and is rubbing (brake hose for example).

Inspect CV outer boots for leakage (grease), and tears/rips to the boot.
Could be a CV joint is out of grease and causing the noise.
