I am having problems putting fuel in. It just backs up in the neck and cuts off the flow from pump. It will take gas but extremely slow and difficult. It seems stopped up but how could it be. Im told i need a 500 dollar charcoal canister. Is this true? Engine light is not on and otherwise performs well. HELP
