Recently as I have just rolled over the 100k mile point my car began making strange knocking noises. The noise occurs when the engine gets up tp about 3k-4k RPM and ceases to exist once the engine is running faster than that. The car has always been serviced regularly and is not performing any different se the knocking began to occur. I have noticed no change in gas mileage or performance and would love to know what is going on with my car. I am taking it in for a scheduled oil change in about a week and any input would help Thanks
