My catalitic converter went out on me a couple of months ago and just right after it went out my air conditioning started having problems. Sometimes it works and other times it doesnt. I checked the freon level and it was good and my clutch is ingaging. Does the catiltic converter have anything to do with the air conditioning.

Hi there,

there is no connection between the converter the A/C system. If you have an A/C issue, I suggest you first get the pressures tested as this will give your mechanic a better understanding as to where to start looking for your problem.
