The car does not have power locks. The car is a four door sedan. Both of the rear doors will not unlock. The locks cannot be pulled up. The car has an alarm system but the alarm company said their records show only the driver door has been set up to be unlocked by the remote. What could the problem be?

If you cannot pull the lock tab up, and the door does not have power locks on rear, then you will have to remove rear seat and interior door panel to access locks.

I have an idea that the alarm system added power locks to all four doors and they are malfunctioning.

In any case if the alarm installer cannot fix it, you will have to remove the rear lock assy as described above.
