2001 Toyota Corolla 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

i have a2001 toyota corolla. Mileage 120,000. the power windows are starting to operate slowly. the back power window takes awhile until it allow me to power it back up. How hard is this to repair yourself?
