2000 Toyota Corolla Steering Shaking above 110 km/hr

Above 110km/hr speed. Steering start shaking. My wheels are new and balanced. Brakes, rotors everything is new. Rims are new. I can't figure out why this is happenning. Can somebody help me in this.
