2000 Toyota Corolla 4 cyl Automatic 109000 miles

I have a 2000 Toyota Corolla purchased a few weeks ago. I tried to take it back to the dealer to have them diagnose what was going on and they told me it wasn't their problem. So any help on any one of these problems would be awesome.
1. Brown Chunky coolant
2. Fast Barely audible Turn Signal(only right side)
3. Sweet Smell Coming from the heater vents(only with heater, not AC)
4. Car Shakes at 60 MPH
5. AC Barely blows any air
I don't know exactly what of these problems would be covered in my Extended Warranty so here is the link to my plan

Flush, drain cooling system and refil.

Check bulbs for turn signal.

Sweet smell from vents is most likely the heater core.

Shaking is most likely a tire/alignment issue.

AC is probably out of freon or a compressor/blower motor problem.

I would take it back to seller and complain, they should not sell a car in this condition.
