This past weekend I backed into a ditch. I was really pressing the gas and there was some smoke that came out. The car wouldn't budge so some guy with a truck was able to pull it out. Now my engine makes this large rumbling noise and is really struggling to accelerate. What are the possibilities for the issue?
I was taking my car in this week anyways to replace some transmission fluid that has gotten old.

You will have to raise the car, remove the stone guards, and inspect the underside of the vehicle.

Look for any debris jammed in the pulley system, and bent components like the oil pan or transmission pan.
Also inspect the CAT. They can be damaged by an impact event, Which will cause the CAT to become clogged and severely reduce performance.
