2000 Toyota Corolla Car Choke

My 2000 Toyota Corolla has about 65K mileage and every time I step on the gas paddle it would choke and not want to move at all. Usually in the morning when it's cold the car would start and run ok but as the engine gets warmer the symptoms appear again.

Also, the engine is very noisy and I can hear it from 50 yards away (even when it is running).

Any suggestions about what is wrong with the car?
