When I make a severe left turn I hear some clicking noises. It sounds like it's coming from the driver's side to the rear

Clicking when turning is almost always the front CV joints. If noise is coming from rear, then it would be a rear bearing.

Check front CV boots for rips/tears and leaking lubricant. If OK, then raise rear end, put on stands. Grasp tire and push/pull both horizontally and vertiically, looking for any movement.
Movement would indicate a bearing, since there is a clicking noise.
