1999 Toyota Corolla starts and dies in 5 seconds

1999 Toyota Corolla 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

the car will start and run for about 5 seconds then die. the fuel pump and filter are new, the voltages have been checked. the starting relay has been checked and changed anyway. the plug wires are new the coil has been checked / the cam and crankshaft sensor have been checked and it all checked ok. please help
