Engine Performance problem
1999 Toyota Corolla 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 100k miles

Hey, I hope that your able to help me. I just got used engine place in my car and the fans & power windows want come on. I would like to know what will cause this to happen? I also spoke with a service rep from Auto Zone, in Covington Ga where I live and he told me that if they don't come on the engine isn't any good. Can you please give me some advice to what is going on? Have a wonderful Labor Day!

Check all connections first, there may be one or two that are disconnected.

Next check the fuses and relays.

Thanks for your quick response, yes I've checked all fuses. A member from Auto Zone told that the relay is some where near the block of the motor, is that correct? Also, where is the switch for connections for the fans because I am unable to locate it? Thanks alot & I hope you can help me locate this switch.
