I have a 1999 Toyota Corolla 4 door sedan. Starting April this year, the CEL come on when driving in rough city street. Auto shop diagnosed it with DTC P0441/P0446. Mechanics changed VSV(Vacuum Switch Valve) under hood but CEL is still on aftre 3 miles driving. Then charcoal canister in the rear end of car was replaced, gas cap was also changed but they didn't work. CEL went on after driving about 8 miles. Mechanic checked car with smoking machine but found nothing wrong. The Check Engine Light has been on for 5 months so far. Any suggestion? Thanks!
